Testimonials
Simon Pills: "Someone finally invented an intuitively used and easily customized PostgreSQL database administration tool! Keep up the good work. I will be in touch. I am able to do this horrendous work because your software enabled me to create a new database with all necessary objects in several minutes! I am sure that I have found what I really need".
Simon Greener: "A lot of work went in to designing our application database. PHP Generator allowed us to build a fully functional, professional looking, and functionally powerful web application from that database. It has freed us from worrying about low level code, enabling us to focus on the business requirements of the customer. The support provided is excellent with staff quickly producing answers to questions ranging from newbie to simple or complex. I highly recommend the product".

A new version of PostgreSQL Maestro, a powerful Windows GUI solution for PostgreSQL server administration and database development, has been released.

Please consider the list of the new features implemented in PostgreSQL Maestro 6.7:

Server management extensions:

  • implemented Foreign key references, the feature allows you to manage foreign keys created in other tables and reference columns of the current table;

  • provided support for OUT and INOUT function parameters (PostgreSQL 8.1);

Interface improvements:

  • SQL Editor improvements: now you can execute each query in a separate thread in order to continue your work with the software while the query is executing. The Function Editor is also improved for the purpose of executing the routine asynchronously;

  • PostgreSQL Maestro wizards' windows are resizable now for more usability;

  •  Now the server version can be viewed from the tool tip of the database node;

  • added an ability to edit object properties directly from the explorer tree without opening the object editor; it helps you to make your work with your PostgreSQL database objects faster;

  • added an ability to rename an object directly from the explorer tree without opening its editor;

  • added more key shortcuts: a new query can be created in SQL Editor using the Ctrl+N shortcut and deleted using the Ctrl+R shortcut.

In addition to this, several bugs were fixed and some other minor improvements and corrections were made.
