Managing report data

The Data tab allows to manipulate query columns according your business rules. To represent column data by rows/columns just drag the necessary column names to Column Fields / Row Fields areas respectively. The data of columns in the Data Fields area will be filtered and summarized accordingly the chosen columns and rows.

 

Note: To group the rows/columns by another column values place the necessary column to the respective area.

 

Note: Use for the Data Fields area only numerical columns.
