MaxDB Data Wizard product tour

MaxDB Data Wizard provides you with an ability to schedule tasks with templates loaded for being executed after you exit the application. Task Scheduler used for this purpose is available through the corresponding button of toolbar or by way of the according link on Start Page. The scheduler allows to import and export MaxDB data, generate SQL dumps, import and export BLOBs in background mode at specified time (it is not obligatory to launch the application in this case).

You can run the configured task at any time irrespective of the scheduled task time. It's also possible to enable/disable the selected tasks. It may be useful to cease executing a task at specified time without deleting it.

MaxDB Data Wizard Agent is implemented for executing scheduled tasks in background mode. It is a separate application which can execute tasks previously configured in Data Wizard Task Scheduler, and does not require Data Wizard running at the current time.
