New purchase option available

Now you can buy all our products and bundles with as many as 36 months free upgrades (minor and major ones) included for a quite small additional fee.

The reasons to choose this option are as follows.

  • Support of new server versions. It is obviously that only new version can support latest DBMS features. For example, Microsoft plans to release a new version of SQL Server (codename Katmai) in 2008. The new DBMS versions can contain not only new types of database objects, but new authentication protocols, incompatible changes in system catalogs and so on.

  • New interface features. We're constantly working for implementation of new things which, we hope, would be useful for DBAs and developers to speed their hard work.

  • Bugfixes. We'd be very happy to fix all the bugs in our products at a time but everyone knows that it is impossible. Moreover, each new version adds its own bugs. :-)

  • Pricing. Purchasing 3 year upgrades at once it's much cheaper than purchasing upgrades each year. For example, single business license of MySQL Maestro with 12 months of free upgrades costs $149 (so it is necessary to pay $149/2 = $74.5 each year to stay updated), but the same license with 36 months of the upgrades costs only $199.
Exact prices are available on the purchase page.
